• Color explosion of the super bloom in the Central California's Temblor Range just east of the Carrizo plain in San Luis Obispo County.

This is a telephoto landscape so it will not have the detail of a normal lens due to heatwaves and lineal compression that are expected with telephoto landscapes that would be impossible to achieve without them.

 • Silky Phacelia, a beautiful purple wildflower that blooms for a short time at high elevations of the Greater Yellowstone. I found these on Dunraven Pass in Yellowstone National Park.

 • Wildflowers, Balsoom Root or mules ears blooming below the Cathedral Group in Grand Teton National Park. The Cathedral Group are the mountains on the left. They look like one mountain but the group consists of Mt. Teewinot on the left, Mt. Owen on the right and the Grand Teton nestled in the center. The Peak to the Right of of the group separated by Cascade Canyon is Mt. St. John.
